For you own safety we have a Nest door bell camera which only records when movement is detected. The microphone on this is diabled. If you wish to turn off this device completely, you can switch off the mains power to the DC adaptor by going into the ground floor TV room and getting behind the arcade video game unit where you'll find the DC adaptor. Please kindly turn it back on before checking out of the house.
For your comfort and the peace of our neighbours, we use the "Minut", a privacy-safe system to monitor noise after 11pm, occupancy, and smoke within the property. This system helps us ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. In the kitchen area there is a device on the ceiling that is approved by Airbnb for use in rental properties.
