Don't exceed 15 minutes’ immersion at a time.
Don't put your head under or swallow the water: Hot tub water can contain bacteria and chemicals.
Exit immediately if you feel unwell: If you experience dizziness, nausea, or sleepiness, leave the hot tub.
Avoid alcohol and drugs: Alcohol and drugs can worsen the effects of heat stress.
Be mindful of your weight: Avoid sitting on the cover or control panel
Use caution on wet surfaces: Slipping and falling are common on wet surfaces.
Don't use electrical devices in or near the hot tub: This poses a risk of electric shock.
Consult a doctor if you have health conditions: If you have heart problems, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, or other medical conditions, consult your doctor before using a hot tub.
Pregnant women should consult their doctor: Hot tubs can pose risks to pregnant women.
Children under 5 should not use hot tubs: Their thermoregulatory systems are not fully developed.
Children under 16 should be supervised
Don't use the hot tub if you have had diarrhoea or vomiting: This can contaminate the water.
