Tips for things in the kitchen

To reduce cooking smells wafting up into the house, please use the fan, there's a 10min timer on the push button next to the toaster/kettle
There's a step ladder hidden neatly in a narrow cupboard to the left side of the kitchen fridge. Push the cupboard door and it will pop open.

Music

The Naim speaker in the kitchen is there for guests to use, including a remote control to adjust it. A quick guide can be found here.

Play radio stations (there are 5 presets to choose from by pressing the star button)
Connect by Airplay to "Naim"
Download the "Focal & Naim" app for even more control and search for internet radio stations

Please don't take the speaker out of the kitchen.

Cooking

There are two ovens, user guides are in the lower left side storage drawers

Top - Microwave (1000 W) & conventional oven option
Bottom - Oven with grill option

This is the top oven control, hold down the diamond shape button on far right to get an instant 30 seconds of full power microwave. Watch out as 1000 W is more powerful than some microwaves you may have used.

To use the top oven as an oven, turn it on using the far left button with circle until it shows 150C.
Then touch your finger on the temperature (150C) to adjust the temperature
Or click your finger on the screen symbol of a fan to change from True Fan Cooking to another mode, such as microwave or grilling.

Staying Cool

The wine cooler under the bar can be turned on by holding down the top left button for three seconds. Please kindly turn off at the end of your stay as many guests choose not to use this appliance

The tall fridge in the kitchen has a small ice box that can be hard to close. Push firmly where there's a sticker and it'll help it click shut properly
