When you are not using the sauna, please turn it off at the mains rotary switch shown below.
The sauna takes around 25-30 mins to heat up to 55°C (longer in the winter)
It costs around £3 per hour to run it, so please do not leave it on when not used!

The left rotary switch controls the hot tub, the right rotary switch controls the sauna.
In this picture, both are turned off. Rotate the switch so the flat handle is vertical to be on.
On lower left side the sauna heater are two black control knobs.
The right knob turns the heater on for the desired time but note that it has a delay function!
From the 12 o'clock position (marked "0"), turn this clockwise get up to 4 hours of heating within the hollow number scale zone. The picture shows the control set to get just under 4 hours of heating.
If you turn it further beyond the hollow number scale zone and into the black solid number scale zone, it acts as delay to turning on the heater.
The left knob sets the target temperature, it's recommended to set it to about 90% of maximum like shown in the picture below
