Keeping the cover on helps avoid any risk from children climbing in unattended. It also acts as an insulator to keep it warm for when you want to use it again. And finally, without a cover, it can use a huge amount more electricity to maintain temperature.
Please take a shower to clean off any lotions, oils, sweat, dirt or bacteria before using the hot tub. This helps keep the hot tub safe for everyone using it. The presence of sweat on the skin of hot tub users makes the bromine used to kill bacteria less effective, meaning more bromine has to be added each day.
Please don't use the hot tub if you've applied coloured tanning products as these stain the tub.
Kindly respect our policy of having no glass in or around the hot tub and sauna. Broken glass in this area is very hard to clean up and inevitably leaves tiny shards in hard to reach places which is a big risk for users.
Children under the age of 16 should never left unattended in the hottub. It’s genearlly advised that children under the age of five shouldn’t be allowed to use a hot tub.
For the purpose of both safety and comfort, every hot tub is designed for a maximum number of bathers at one time. Our tub is designed for 6x guests maximum. Any more can cause the water to flood over the rim and then when everyone gets out, the pump can run dry due to the water level being too low. This can cause damage to the pump.
