To ensure your hot tub is safe, clean, and fully compliant with health and safety regulations, we are legally required to carry out a brief daily water quality check during your stay. A member of our maintenance team will visit the property once per day, typically sometime between 3pm to 5:30pm, and will:
Knock at the front door or ring the bell to let you know they’ve arrived and meet you the first day. If you are not at home, they'll let themselves into the garden.
Access the hot tub area via the side gate (no entry to the building required)
Be on-site for no more than 10–15 minutes
We completely understand the importance of your privacy and want to reassure you that this is a routine check, carried out as discreetly as possible, in line with official guidance for all holiday lets with hot tubs.
