BBQ

We've provided a BBQ which runs on gas for convenient cooking. Please always turn off the tap on the gas bottle when not using it. And if the gas is low, please report to your host.

If you follow the instructions below, you can convert it to being able to operate with charcoal.

Whether you use gas or coal, please always give the BBQ a clean after use so it's ready for the next time it's being used.

Remove the metal grills that are cooked on, to get access to the gas deflectors

2. Remove the gas deflectors and store these underneather the BBQ in the lower store locker

3. Insert the two charcoal trays to sit above the gas jets.

4. When you are finished using charcoal, please wait for the ask to be cold, dispose in the black waste bin (bagged up) and then put the BBQ back to Gas configuration. You can store the coal trays back inside the loacker under the BBQ. Don't forget to put the gas deflectors back in place for next time it is used.
