The heat cover helps keep the hot tub at the right temperature. The internal heater is not strong enough to maintain 37/38 degrees for very long without the cover in place.
Please look after the heat cover as it could be easily dented or ripped.
Step 1. Pull up the arms of the black metal carrying rack. The silver safety cable might be in place to stop it rotating up. In this picture, the carrying arms still in the down position, they need to be pulled up.
Step 2. Carrying rack arms ready to take the heat cover. Unclip the four buckles that hold the heat cover in place when not in use (they stop it blowing away in the wind!).
Step 3. Fold the heat cover in half so it can then be moved into the arms of the carrying rack
Once in the arms of the rack, it is ready to rotate the heat cover to get it completely out of the way
Step 4. Heat cover rotated and hot tub ready to be used.
As soon as everyone is finished using the hot tub, put the heat cover straight back on to conserve heat. Just follow the steps in reverse.
Don't forget to buckle down the heat cover to stop it moving in the wind.
